HOLISTIC PREPARATION + SUPPORT
The childbirth journey is holistic, meaning it is: physical, emotional, psychological, social, cultural and spiritual. Using the Birthing From Within model of mentorship, you will be prepared and supported holistically, on all levels. I am the birth mentor and doula for the person wanting to experience childbirth as an empowered, conscious, and sacred rite of passage.
